We currently offer to different engraving options-text engraving and custom engraving.

Text engraving is the process of selecting a font from our font list and including a message or monogram to be engraved on your selected plate.

Custom engraving is the process of engraving your own artwork which includes a logo, a signature, a sketch or hand drawing, or a computer illustration. We CANNOT custom engrave artwork that is a photograph or photographic in nature. If you choose to custom engrave your piece, you must first send us your artwork to info@alisamichelle.com with "Custom Engraving" as your subject line for our review and our engraving department will send you a response within 24 hours advising you if your artwork is suitable for the custom engraving process. 

GUIDELINES FOR CUSTOM ENGRAVINGS

• The nature of your artwork must be able to be converted into a line drawing for it to be engraved into the metal base of your selection
• Black and white files are preferred
• Vector files are accepted (.ai, .eps, .pdf) meaning a file that is not pixelated
• If you cannot attain a vector file of your artwork, an image file is accepted (.jpg, .png, .tiff), with the condition of the image file being of high resolution (300 dpi or higher)

*Please note that all custom engraving orders WILL NOT BE COMPLETED if you do not send in your artwork for review prior to placing your custom engraving order. Refunds, returns and exchanges are NOT accepted for any Create Your Own (CYO) engraved items after purchase. Please know that however your message is typed here will be engraved EXACTLY AS IS (including any caps, punctuation marks, numbers or symbols.) If an item needs to be remade due to a customer error, please know that an additional fee will be charged. Please note that if a design cannot be executed we will contact you to discuss alternatives.
